Please submit the following documents

via the online application form:

1. A short description & author's information (1 page / pdf)

including: project title, author, university, chair, short description of the project and 1 picture or rendering

2. Two plans (DIN A0 / portrait format / pdf)

including: all relevant drawings and visualisations explaining your project

Your name and university should not figure on the plans!

3. Three to five pictures or renderings of your project (landscape format / pdf)

The pictures will serve for online presentation.

4. (optional) Charité special award - explanation (1 page / pdf)

Should you consider your project eligible for the Charité special award, please also provide a brief explanation explaining why your project is particularly outstanding on the topic of the award "New concepts for sustainable Hospitals".
