Dr. Mena Theißen-Helling is a trained architect with extensive experience in research, teaching, and practice. Her expertise lies in evidence-based design for hospitals and care facilities as well as in the scientific evaluation of built healthcare environments.
As Managing Director (CEO), Mena is responsible for positioning ENAH strategically as a thought leader in health-oriented architecture across Europe. With her strong academic background, she places great emphasis on establishing and maintaining collaborations with research institutions, industry partners, and policy stakeholders.
She also represents ENAH nationally and internationally, leads fundraising activities, and develops long-term growth strategies.
With her expertise and broad professional network, Dr. Theißen-Helling plays a key role in advancing ENAH as an interdisciplinary platform connecting architecture, health, and society.
