Tanja Eichenauer studied Architecture in London (1997 – 2003), she is a registered Architect in the UK and Germany working on private projects. From 2003 until 2008 she was employed as an architect in hospital and health-care planning and social housing, amongst others at the renowned architectural practice Penoyre & Prasad in London. After returning to Germany in 2008 she worked as scientific assistant for Prof. Christine Nickl-Weller at the department ‘Architecture for Health’ at Technical University Berlin. Ms. Eichenauer organized various multidisciplinary symposia on the topic of ‘Healing Architecture‘, as well as two congresses on the same topic supported by the Federal Ministry of Health in Berlin and St. Petersburg. Alongside her obligations at TU Berlin, Ms. Eichenauer worked for the architectural firm Nickl & Partner Architekten AG and gained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Freie Universität Berlin in 2019.

Ms. Eichenauer continues to co-organize the renowned symposia series “Health Care of the Future” which takes place every two years in Berlin. Since the founding of ENAH Ms. Eichenauer supports the non-profit organization by managing its industry partners relations and financing.
